Simmer Pot

Holiday Spice: cinnamon, allspice, cloves, orange peel, ginger root, anise seeds

North Woods: balsam fir needles, cinnamon sticks, juniper berries, allspice, lemon peel, bay leaf

Add contents to a pot and simmer for hours. Can be refrigerated and used again until scent dissipates.
